Because of its inherent whiteness, Estron acetate yarn can be dyed to render apparel fabrics that are especially bright and true in color. Solution-dyed colors are marketed under the trademark Chromspun acetate yarn, which has the same generic composition as Estron yarn except for coloring agents added at the dope stage before the yarn is spun. | |
