Commercial Leadership Development (CLD) is Eastman’s newly designed, highly selective program focused on identifying talented individuals with strong leadership and commercial aptitude, investing in those individuals, and developing them for future commercial leadership roles at Eastman.
Open to MBA graduates and current, early-career Eastman employees, Commercial Leadership Development provides:
- Customized, rotational assignments
- Mentoring and coaching
- Targeted classroom and hands-on training
- Exposure to multiple organizations within the company
- Experience across various business segments and functions
Upon completing the CLD program, it is Eastman’s desire to place participants in commercial leadership roles as appropriate opportunities arise. As part of Eastman’s overall Leadership Development Process, CLD will provide new and challenging opportunities for graduates of the program, while building a core of employees who have the breadth and depth of knowledge Eastman needs to focus on the future.
