Eastman Engineer Development is a program for entry-level engineers that provides new engineers with experiences and training to prepare them for a rapid transition from academia to industry while working with experienced Eastman engineers. As a new engineer at Eastman, you will be assigned a mentor, have a customized on-boarding plan designed to orient you to the company and community, and a specialized training plan to prepare you for your job assignment.
Through internal and external relationships and utilizing business skills, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the community by involvement in civic and social organizations.
