Compensation

Our pay and benefit programs are competitive within the labor markets in which we recruit. We also want to provide employees with incentives and rewards consistent with their contributions to business objectives.

Pay For Performance
In addition to competitive base pay, you will be eligible for one of several pay-for-performance programs designed to reward and recognize employees. These are based on success against specific measures established for an organization, site, individual, or combination of factors. The payout varies each year dependent upon performance against established targets.


Rewards and Recognition

The Employee/Team Recognition (ETR) program is designed to recognize significant accomplishments of an employee or team in a timely manner.  These lump-sum cash or non-cash awards are given to an employee/team for specific results beyond normal expectations for a job or project. 


Vacation and Holiday

Vacation - Entry Level Hires are granted 80 hours of vacation which will be prorated during the first year of employment according to month  hired. Vacation accrues monthly and increases based on years of service. You may carry over up to 24 hours vacation each year.

Unpaid Vacation - Eastman provides unlimited unpaid vacation which may be taken in conjunction with, or before regular paid vacation. Your pay will be reduced during the pay period in which it is used. Due to business needs or resources, some areas may restrict or prohibit the use of unpaid vacation. 

Holidays - Eastman employees receive ten scheduled, paid holidays each calendar year.
