Health Risk Assessment
HealthE Connections invites employees to participate in the journey to building a "culture of health" at Eastman by completing a Health Risk Assessment (HRA). HRA's are available to all employees and spouses. Employees and spouses (if covered under Eastman healthcare), who complete an annual HRA will enjoy lower monthly healthcare premiums.
After completing the HRA, participants receive a confidential snapshot of their current personal health and gain an understanding of their health risks. The online HRA report is tailored to individual needs, providing links to services available to help people manage identified risks.
HealthE Dividends
HealthE Dividends is a new program that rewards employees for taking action to be as healthy as they can be. With a focus on lifestyle, condition management, and preventive care, there are plenty of opportunities for people to find programs that meet their health needs.
By completing HealthE Dividends programs and services, employees and spouses will earn dollars to help offset healthcare costs, both now and in retirement. Programs range from onsite one-on-one and group meetings to onsite fitness activities, to telephonic and computer-based education, even getting qualifying preventive care.
Eating Healthy @ Eastman
Eating right is an important element of overall health, and Eastman supports healthy eating several ways, from online information to healthy choices in cafeterias and vending machines. Eastman’s approach to promote healthy eating with in-house food services was recognized as best concept in Food Management magazine.
Fitness Centers
Eastman offers fitness centers at all four U.S. manufacturing sites. There is no fee, but prior to using one of the fitness centers, you must complete a health risk assessment (IHRA) as well as complete a one-time orientation appointment with a qualified fitness professional.
