While the dictionary defines diversity as differences only, at Eastman we have expanded the definition. Eastman defines diversity as . . . "the mix of differences and similarities in the workplace."  Diversity at Eastman is about building relationships that capitalize on these differences and similarities in order to create a corporate culture that maximizes the capability of all employees."

International Club – At least three or four groups meet weekly to discuss cultural aspects, all while speaking in a native language. There are also a number of community international clubs.

Eastman Professional Development Club – meet with other employees to hear from senior executives as well as prominent individuals in the company on topics anywhere from current business conditions to leading a successful life.
