While the dictionary defines diversity as differences only, at Eastman we have expanded the definition. Eastman defines diversity as . . . Eastman is committed to diversity not only in word but in deed. We offer numerous opportunities for employees. Some of these opportunities include: 

International Club – At least three or four groups meet weekly to discuss cultural aspects, all while speaking in a native language. There are also a number of community international clubs.

Eastman Professional Development Club – meet with other employees to hear from senior executives as well as prominent individuals in the company on topics anywhere from current business conditions to leading a successful life.
