
As an Army PaYS (Partnership for Youth Success) Partner Company, Eastman has agreed to grant preferred treatment in operations employment process to Army PaYS applicants. Eastman will not guarantee employment, but will give priority in the application/interview process after meeting the Army PaYS requirements and Eastman’s requirements for operations employment.
PaYS is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and a cross section of corporations, companies and public sector agencies around the country. To extend career opportunities to those who have served our country, the army has developed PaYS. Under the partnership, the Army provides training for soldiers seeking careers after they complete their service obligations honorably. In return, partner companies reserve employment opportunities in exchange for those trained Army veterans.
