Our employees donate countless hours each year to initiatives that champion the arts, nature, education, health and human services, and civic programs in the communities where they live and work.

Over 20 years in the running, the Eastman Road Race has seen hoards of runners. The event includes a 10K run, a 3K run and a 3K fitness walk. More than a thousand participate each year.

Eastman recognizes the importance of strong family and community life. The company provides numerous options for employees to balance work and family issues. It also provides recreational activities and facilities at certain work locations and supports employees' participation in the many various community and charitable opportunities available.
