Eastman Increases HPHP Glycol Prices on October 1

Kingsport, Tenn., Sept. 29, 2009 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective October 1, or as contracts allow. These increases are due to elevated operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy, and freight.

Eastman™ HPHP Glycol, All Grades: List and off-list price increase of US 0.10/lb. (US 0.22/kg., EUR 0.14 kg.) globally.
