New Productivity-Enhancing Insoluble Sulfur from Eastman Receives Innovation Award Nomination from Tire Technology International Magazine

Kingsport, Tenn. – February 12, 2018 – Eastman Crystex™ Cure Pro is on the shortlist of technologies nominated for the 2018 Tire Technology International Awards for Innovation and Excellence. Eastman developed this technology to help tire manufacturers succeed in an increasingly competitive landscape. As an innovative vulcanizing agent, Crystex Cure Pro allows tire manufacturers to improve productivity and achieve operational cost savings.

Crystex Cure Pro is one of four finalists for the Tire Manufacturing Innovation of the Year Award. The winner will be announced on February 21st during the Tire Technology Expo in Hannover, Germany. Eastman representatives will be participating in the Expo at stand C340 with additional information about Crystex Cure Pro as well as videos demonstrating the distinct properties of this exciting new technology.
