Eastman Increases Plasticizers Prices on May 15
 

KINGSPORT, Tenn., May 09, 2008 - Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products effective May 15, or as contracts allow. These increases are due to increased market demand and operating costs, particularly in raw materials, energy and freight.

Eastman Plasticizer DOP: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.

Eastman Plasticizer 168: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.

Eastman Plasticizer 168-CA: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.

Eastman Plasticizer 168 Xtreme: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.

Eastman Plasticizer DOA: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.

Eastman Plasticizer DOA Kosher: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.

Eastman Plasticizer 425: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America

Eastman Plasticizer TOTM: Off-list price increase of $US 0.03 /lb ($US 0.07/kg) in North America and Latin America.
