Scott V. King is currently Vice President and Controller for Eastman Chemical Company. Effective September 1, 2008, he will assume the additional role of Chief Accounting Officer.

Since joining Eastman in 1999 Scott has served as Director of Accounting and Manager of External Reporting and General Accounting.

Scott graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in accountancy in 1990. He also received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2007.

Prior to joining Eastman, Scott was an audit and business advisory manager and certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in St. Louis, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois.
