The Resin Calculation Wizard is a web-based program for calculating condensation (step growth) type resins for coatings, inks and adhesives applications. The wizard receives input from a user in the form of raw material selection and certain resin parameters. Calculations are then performed to output a reactor charge for the given set of raw materials and resin parameters. In addition to raw material charge, the user can generate processing logs and graphical representations of the calculated reactor charge's polymerization. The results can easily be printed or downloaded to a spreadsheet format.

This interactive wizard is designed to assist the user in formulating the amount of weighting agent (SAIB) to use in beverages that contain essential flavoring oils. Hyperlinks are provided to assist the user in obtaining information about Eastman weighting agent products and certain regulatory requirements pertaining to such products.
