Adrian Holt is senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Eastman. Holt is responsible for Eastman’s human resources strategy and services worldwide, which includes inclusion and diversity, total rewards, learning and leadership development, and global talent acquisition and management.
Holt joined Eastman in 2016 as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and HR Client Support, Americas & EMEA. Prior to that, Holt served as Chief Human Resources Officer for WireCo World Group and as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for BASF North America after joining BASF in 2003 as Head of HR and Legal for BASF Northern Europe.
Holt graduated from University of Wales with a bachelor's degree in Law. He qualified as an attorney at Manchester Law School and after practicing as an attorney for over a decade, he received his Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Business School in 2003. Holt serves on the Board of Johnson City Boys & Girls Club and is Chair of the Riegel and Emory Board of The Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
