In lab tests, Tetrashield-based coatings demonstrate improved gloss retention and durability over current commercial offerings.

Each panel was exposed to Xenon light bulbs in a weatherometer for 1,500 hours. Then, gloss retention was measured. The Tetrashield-based coating had 90% gloss retention, while the commercial control only retained 63% initial gloss.
