Eastman offers paid internships and co-ops that provide real-world knowledge, enhance collegiate experiences and prepare students for professional careers. Interns and co-ops are treated as professionals and often have ownership of projects and assignments.
Through countless activities outside of work, our programs also provide an abundance of networking opportunities. Each year, over 100 students participate in Eastman University Relations programs across the United States in a variety of disciplines.
Interns and co-ops are welcome to join our Eastman Resource Groups (ERGs). ERGs create an inclusive culture and help underrepresented groups and their allies though awareness and community events.
ERGs represent the Asian and Pacific Islander community, the African American and Black community, the Latino and Hispanic community, the LGBTQ+ community, active military members and veterans, and women.
