Hard-to-recycle plastic waste

Our molecular recycling technology breaks down hard-to-recycle plastic waste into its basic monomers. The process includes purification technologies, quality control and multiple stages to analytically test the material. The recycled monomers can be used to manufacture a broad range of PET Renew, depending on your brand needs and goals.

Pristine recycled content

Eastman PET Renew is indistinguishable from virgin PET. It offers virgin-quality aesthetics that are true to color without cloudiness, haze or specks. Our materials offer glasslike clarity and feel with capabilities to design intricate shapes and thick-walled bottles that are suitable for hot-fill food and beverage applications.

Environmental impact

Eastman PET Renew has the same properties as our virgin materials but is created through processes with a lower environmental impact than Eastman virgin PET. By sourcing feedstock regionally, we can also tackle the local plastic waste crisis and help reduce the carbon impact of products.
