Julie A. McAlindon is senior vice president, regions and chief supply chain officer for Eastman, overseeing global supply chain, sourcing and procurement, and the regions outside North America.
McAlindon leads transformation efforts at Eastman by building the capabilities, productivity, and culture needed to execute our innovation-driven growth strategy and continuously deliver outperforming results for shareholders, customers, and employees.
She also led significant transformation efforts in integrated business planning and building business operating model capabilities. She serves as the executive sponsor for Equality, the Eastman resource group for LGBTQ+ team members and their allies.
Prior to this role, she was chief procurement officer and vice president, transformation. McAlindon joined Eastman in 2016, bringing more than 25 years of marketing, sales and business leadership experience.
Before joining Eastman, McAlindon was with Avient Corporation as senior vice president, designed structures and solutions. Prior to that, she was vice president of marketing. In addition, she had a 20-year career with Dow Inc. and held a variety of commercial and business leadership positions across both its performance chemicals and plastics businesses.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Western University, Canada. She and her husband live in Newport, Tennessee, and in her spare time, she enjoys boating, camping and cooking.
