Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, Regions and Transformation
Julie A. McAlindon is senior vice president of supply chain, regions and transformation for Eastman, overseeing supply chain, indirect sourcing and procurement, and regional leadership. McAlindon also leads the transformation of Eastman by building business operating model capabilities across the company.
Prior to this role, she was chief procurement officer and vice president, transformation. McAlindon joined Eastman in 2016, bringing more than 25 years of marketing, sales and business leadership experience.
Before Eastman, McAlindon was with Avient Corporation (formerly PolyOne) as senior vice president, designed structures and solutions. Prior to that, she was vice president of marketing. In addition, she had a 20-year career with Dow and held a variety of leadership positions, including global corporate account director, home and personal care; global strategic marketing director, coating solutions; global business director, polypropylene; senior product director, LLDPE; and global marketing executive, performance fluids.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario. She and her husband live in Kingsport, Tennessee, with their daughter. She serves on the nonprofit board of directors for Girls Inc. of Kingsport. She enjoys boating, camping and cooking in her spare time.
