Unless the seller (‘seller’ or ‘you’) and Eastman have entered into a written contract covering the purchase of the goods and/or services described in the order transmitted, the appropriate conditions of purchase (based on the country of the purchaser designated on the order) will apply to the purchase order. Eastman requires all suppliers to agree to these terms and conditions as a condition of purchase.
