Eastman cellulose esters can be easily molded, extruded, or fabricated into plastics and have been noted for their excellent balance of properties—toughness, hardness, strength, surface gloss, clarity, chemical resistance, and a warm feel.

In keeping with Eastman's tradition of environmental consciousness, these plastics are made from 100% renewable wood pulp.
