KINGSPORT, Tennessee — In March 2024, Eastman Chemical Company and certain of its affiliates (“Eastman”) filed proceedings for certain intellectual property and contractual claims relating to cutting patterns for paint protection film patterns against Covr Group Limited and Mr Keith Mansfield (collectively “Covr Group”) at the High Court of England and Wales.
The parties are pleased to announce that they have on 13 June 2025 reached a confidential settlement agreement regarding Eastman's claim against Covr Group. Going forward, Covr Group, without admission of any liability, have agreed that they will not infringe Eastman’s intellectual property rights in the future.
