Cellulose acetate is a versatile material used across many industries thanks to its high quality, strong performance and sustainability.
Eastman’s cellulose acetate solutions are found in many items we rely on every day. In fact, they might be in a product within arm’s reach right now. Your clothing and accessories, the paint on your walls, and even the compostable and biodegradable takeout boxes from your favorite restaurants may be made with this material.
In this newsletter, we’ll show you how cellulose acetate-based products have a long, proven history as an innovative and sustainable Eastman solutions. We’re sharing three standout applications for cellulosic materials in this newsletter.
Beyond filter tow, cellulose acetate could offer solutions and reduced business risk for tobacco products through additional applications, such as packaging, coatings, food service and consumer durables, to help future-proof the industry. Together, we can help policymakers and other groups better understand this trusted, sustainable solution through education and advocacy.
Cellulosic solutions are everywhere.
